Federal Carbide Company manufactures a variety of heavy metal products to our customer’s specifications. We supply components to the medical, aircraft, oilfield, racing and metalworking industry.

HA170 Counterbalance weight, inertial damping for the aerospace industry.
Ballast weights for racing industry.
Radiation shielding applications.
HA175 Chatter free boring bars and toolholders, grinding quills, tool shanks.
Radioisotope containers.
HA180 Commonly used in medical imaging devices. Shielding and/or collimation of gamma rays and high energy x-rays.
HA185 The preferred material that provides the greatest radiation shielding possible for the medical industry.
HA170C Commonly used for radiation shielding components where shielding is located in close proximity to magnetic fields.
